Resolve team conflicts before they happen
TeamTwins builds an AI-powered mirror of your team — surfacing collaboration friction, hidden strengths, and conflict triggers before they ever reach the room.
AgentFarm builds Social Machines for Socially Intelligent Humans. AI is now a social actor on every team. The same power that can amplify a team's collective intelligence can just as easily erode it; design, trust, and human skill decide which. We build the tools, like TeamTwins, and coach the people who use them, so teams coordinate better, trust each other's judgment, and disagree well.
The conflict paradox every team faces
Diverse, multidisciplinary teams hold the seeds of innovation — but different ways of thinking also escalate conflict, stifle creativity, and stall progress. You want a team that dares to disagree. You don't want that conflict to turn personal.
Who protects? Who free-rides? Who gets overloaded?
Conflicts, negotiations, cultural awareness, and decision-making are exactly where teams have been left without help. TeamTwins is built to change that.
How TeamTwins works
A four-part method that turns consent-based survey data into a living model of your team's dynamics — and keeps it working in the flow of daily work.
Survey
Team members complete a short survey. Factor-analysis-based measures map the interpersonal dynamics that drive how the team really works together.
Profile analysis
AI agents examine how individual profiles fit — and clash. The tool surfaces friction between members or across the team, and spots "power pairs."
Workshop
A facilitated session runs real-time simulations, gives each member development suggestions, and helps the team understand why they may not yet understand each other.
In the flow
The model can then move into the team's daily chat — bringing the same read into Slack or Mattermost in real time, so insights surface in the moment instead of staying in a report.
Why it works
Research shows trust can make teams up to 285% more effective.
Users across Finnish and multinational companies and public-sector organizations.

"Participants feel seen and heard, which in turn makes them want to see and hear others."

Trusted by teams at
Built for enterprise trust
TeamTwins transforms consent-based survey data into actionable recommendations — with privacy designed in from the start.
Comprehensive privacy controls
Consent-based data with privacy safeguards throughout.
Any foundation model
A commercial API, your organization's own private instance (e.g. your Azure OpenAI), or a fully local, self-hosted model.
Customizable focus
Target areas are tailored case by case to your team's needs.
Works with non-person data
The platform can run entirely on non-personal data too.
From a report to a real-time teammate
The insights can be brought in real time into Slack or Mattermost — surfacing in the conversation exactly when they matter.
Reads the room, live
Which conflict triggers are active right now, the role each person is playing, and the team's current mood — each with a confidence level and the exact message behind it.
A quiet heads-up
An ambient watchdog gives you a private nudge before a message is about to land on a teammate's known trigger — so you can rephrase before you hit send.
Check before you send
Paste a draft and TeamTwins shows how it's likely to read across the team — turning a message that could spark friction into a clearer one.
A memory of the team
A running team read and a trust-and-friction ledger build over the conversation, so later advice reflects tension that formed earlier — always framed as the tool's read, contestable and erasable.
Private by design
Each team is fully isolated to its own channel, and every reply is private to the person who asked. Nothing about one team is ever visible to another.
Where your team already works
No new app to adopt: it lives in the Slack or Mattermost channel your team is already in, as a handful of simple commands.
More than conflict resolution
Conflict is where TeamTwins began — but the same digital twin is a lens for any question about how a team works together.
Team roles & dynamics
TeamTwins improves how a team works together by revealing the roles people take on and simulating how those roles interact — so strengths, blind spots, and friction surface before they play out in the room.
Technology adoption
TeamTwins gives a team a structured way to reflect together on adopting new technology — including AI itself — so they engage with it clearly and on their own terms, instead of falling into fear or misconception.
Bring TeamTwins to your team
No forms, no funnel — just reach out to Niina or Ville directly, and they'll show you what a digital twin of your team can reveal.
