How TeamTwins works

A four-part method that turns consent-based survey data into a living model of your team's dynamics — and keeps it working in the flow of daily work.

Survey

Team members complete a short survey. Factor-analysis-based measures map the interpersonal dynamics that drive how the team really works together.

Profile analysis

AI agents examine how individual profiles fit — and clash. The tool surfaces friction between members or across the team, and spots "power pairs."

Workshop

A facilitated session runs real-time simulations, gives each member development suggestions, and helps the team understand why they may not yet understand each other.

In the flow

The model can then move into the team's daily chat — bringing the same read into Slack or Mattermost in real time, so insights surface in the moment instead of staying in a report.
